Schedule: 9/80 schedule – nine-hour days Monday–Thursday with every other Friday off.
Job Summary:
Seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to identify, source, pre-screen, and build pipelines of qualified candidates, primarily for engineering roles, with additional support for manufacturing, operations, and functional positions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Source and pre-screen candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, ClearanceJobs, Indeed, social media, Boolean/X-Ray searches, and niche job boards.
· Support hiring across Systems, Software, Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering, as well as manufacturing, operations, supply chain, and business functions.
· Develop targeted sourcing strategies and talent pipelines in partnership with recruiters and hiring managers.
· Attract and source passive and security-cleared talent while maintaining knowledge of security clearance requirements.
· Conduct phone screens and assess candidates for skills, competencies, and cultural fit.
· Manage candidate relationships and maintain accurate data in the ATS/CRM.
· Provide sourcing metrics, market intelligence, and recruiting insights to TA leadership and hiring managers.
· Support career fairs, recruiting events, and targeted talent campaigns.
· Research industry trends and competitor talent markets to support staffing strategies.
· Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver qualified talent.
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years relevant sourcing/full-cycle recruiting experience, OR Master’s degree + 3+ years relevant experience.
· Experience sourcing technical talent across multiple engineering disciplines.
· Experience sourcing cleared/security-cleared candidates.
· Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms.

· Experience in both agency and corporate recruiting.
· Aerospace & Defense recruiting/sourcing experience.
