This role is responsible for defining SI strategy, driving architectural decisions, and solving the most complex signal challenges across advanced multi-gigabit platforms. You?ll synthesize insights from experiments and literature to advise leaders and shape roadmaps. You will mentor technologists and contrtargets, and margin requirements- Lead end-to-end SI ownership from concept and architecture through design, validation, and production- Drive pre-layout and post-layout simulation methodologies and sign-off criteria across the organization- Develop and standardize design rules and best practices for:- PCB stack-up and materials selection- High-speed routing constraints- Return path continuity and via design- Crosstalk and noise mitigation strategies
