Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong leadership and communication skills to manage large, enterprise-level IT projects. In this role, you will work closely with senior management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive projects to successful completion while mentoring junior project managers and fostering a culture of excellence, trust, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects and ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

• Manage large enterprise projects involving multiple internal teams and external vendors

• Develop, monitor, and maintain detailed project plans

• Define project roles, responsibilities, requirements, deliverables, and approvals

• Coordinate and track stakeholder activities to meet timelines and budget goals

• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to leadership and stakeholders

• Mentor and guide junior Project Managers, including recommending training and development

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

• Solid understanding of IT concepts, tools, and project management methodologies

• Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language

• Proven experience collaborating with technical teams to build project plans and risk registers

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• PMP Certification required

• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder IT initiatives

• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
