Role: SAP Lead Support Analyst - Onsite

Summary:
Seeking an experienced SAP Lead Support Analyst to provide hands-on L2/L3 support for SAP S/4HANA. The role involves resolving user issues, supporting cross-functional SAP modules, mentoring support teams, and driving process improvements. Strong analytical, documentation, and functional knowledge across SAP Finance, SD, MM, Manufacturing, Planning, and Security is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end SAP S/4HANA support and resolve functional and technical issues.

• Support integrated modules such as FI, SD, MM, Manufacturing, Planning, and Security.

• Create functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on RICEFW objects.

• Develop training materials, knowledge articles, and mentor L1/L2 support teams.

• Monitor support KPIs, SLAs, and implement process and performance improvements.

• Participate in system testing, integration testing (FI-MM, FI-SD), and data migration (LTMC, LSMW).

• Ensure compliance with QMS, security, and corporate governance standards.

• Assist in developing IT policies, procedures, and best practices for SAP support.
