Job Description:
Lead SAP S/4HANA Support Specialist with strong hands-on experience delivering L2/L3 production support across Finance (FI), Sales & Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Planning, Manufacturing, and Security modules. Proven ability to drive faster incident resolution, improve SLAs, and enhance user experience through knowledge management, process optimization, and cross-functional training. Skilled in integration testing (FI-MM, FI-SD), data migration (LTMC, LSMW), RICEFW design, and governance-aligned change management within regulated environments.
Required Skills
- Provided L2/L3 SAP S/4HANA production support with minimal supervision, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of internal customer incidents and service requests.
- Developed training materials, SOPs, and knowledge base articles for L1 and cross-functional teams, reducing recurring tickets and improving first-call resolution.
- Monitored support KPIs, SLAs, and ticket trends; implemented process improvements that increased compliance and reduced mean time to resolution (MTTR).
- Ensured adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) and global regulatory standards across all support and change activities.
- Mentored support analysts on S/4HANA best practices, incident management, and root cause analysis, improving team productivity and service quality.
- Authored and reviewed functional specifications for RICEFW objects; collaborated with ABAP/technical teams to deliver compliant enhancements.
- Executed integration and UAT testing for FI-MM and FI-SD scenarios; prepared end-to-end test plans and test data management strategies.
- Supported data migration and data correction activities using LTMC and LSMW, ensuring data integrity and governance compliance.
- Participated in transport management, change control, and release validation across Dev, QA, and Production landscapes.
- Defined and implemented IT policies, standards, and support procedures to improve cross-team collaboration and operational efficiency.
- Ensured security, privacy, and role-based access controls aligned with corporate and audit requirements.
