responsibilities:
- 6+ years of total engineering and systems analysis experience
- Moderate to advanced knowledge of tools and techniques for presenting and analyzing data including SQL, Access, Excel, relational databases, XML, JSON, XSD, Postman/Insomnia and SQL developer
- Affinity for data; where to get it, how to use it, what it means
- Ability to understand the technology and software architecture of an application
- Self-starter, team-focused, independent, collaborative, and can work with minimum supervision
- Proven expertise in system analysis methodologies and techniques, including data analysis, use case development, story writing, testing, and product documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; Communicates clearly, concisely, and impactfully to influence others
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and adapting to organizational changes
- Approaches work with an open mind and sense of creativity by challenging current practices and recommending improvements
- Ability to navigate through ambiguous circumstances and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability
