Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. In this long-term contract role, you will lead a variety of complex, cross-functional projects within the real estate industry, ensuring successful delivery through effective planning, execution, and collaboration. This position offers an opportunity to work on large-scale integrations and enterprise software initiatives while leveraging your expertise in Agile methodologies and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage enterprise software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Oversee the integration of customer data platforms, transaction systems, and other large-scale technologies.
Facilitate Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and ensure seamless execution.
Utilize project management tools such as Jira and Confluence to track progress and resolve issues.
Ensure data governance and compliance within project deliverables, maintaining high standards of security and integrity.
Coordinate API development and cloud technology implementations to support project goals.
Monitor project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges effectively.
Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management for enterprise software development or product delivery.
Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and proven ability to lead Agile teams.
PMP certification or equivalent formal project management credentials.
Proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence for project tracking and collaboration.
Familiarity with data governance principles and master data management.
Experience with API development and cloud technologies, including cloud transformation initiatives.
Strong communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and priorities.
Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus, but not required.
