Job Title: Sr. SAP Financial Analyst
Job Location: Fully Remote
Job Duration: 8+ Months

Job Summary

• Role: Subject matter expert in SAP S/4 Finance, Controlling, Project Systems actuals, and timekeeping modules
• Team: ERP team, collaborating with business resources and development teams across the project life cycle

Key Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements and document business processes
• Analyze business requests to identify best SAP solutions
• Configure SAP applications to support business processes and transaction flows
• Author functional specifications and provide SAP support activities
• Participate in analysis and design of business processes; implement SAP and other business application enhancements
• Support organizational reporting needs
• Execute SAP configuration requests
• Research and identify new business opportunities, improvements, and innovative methods
• Recommend enterprise-wide best practices, standards, tools, and process improvements
• Provide training and create end-user documentation
• Educate organization on business systems analysis, fostering collaboration and effective communication

Basic Qualifications

• 7–10 years of SAP applications experience, including:
  • A/P, A/R, Billing, Revenue Recognition
  • Asset Management, GL
  • Project Systems (master data, settlement, actuals)
  • Timekeeping
• Strong business acumen to quickly learn new processes and align IT support
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong collaboration skills with both business and technical IT teams
• Excellent analytical skills; ability to translate business functionality into clear functional specifications
• Experience in regulated environments
• Extensive knowledge of business operations, strategies, and objectives
• Strong facilitation, consensus building, and presentation skills
• Well-grounded in finance, sales, manufacturing, and distribution principles
• Ability to work across diverse modules, not limited to one specialization
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate into system-supported solutions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain results-oriented
• Works well independently and in team environments
• Related degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Concur, VIM, and Vertex
• Expertise in Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR)
• Understanding of SAP Security
• Experience with Agile methodology
