IFS 7 Application Support Specialist - Remote / Telecommute

• Provide functional and technical support for IFS ERP applications, ensuring system stability, user satisfaction, and compliance with business and audit requirements.
• Act as the primary support contact for end users, resolving issues, managing incidents, and supporting system operations.
• Maintain system performance, support maintenance activities, and assist with data management and reporting.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business users to troubleshoot issues and improve system usage.

Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user support, guidance, and issue resolution for IFS applications.
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding in compliance with audit requirements.
• Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Support SOX compliance by preparing required evidence and documentation.
• Monitor system performance and support non-production environment refresh activities.
• Run scripts for mass data updates and support data management tasks.
• Maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides.
• Deliver training sessions and develop training materials for users.
• Collaborate with technical teams and external partners to resolve complex issues.
• Perform reporting and analysis for issue tracking and resolution.

Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with IFS ERP systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Understanding of ITIL processes including incident and change management.
• Knowledge of database systems such as Oracle and data extraction concepts.
• Ability to support business and technical users effectively.

Experience:

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience supporting IFS Applications.
• Strong experience in application support, incident management, and ERP troubleshooting.

Should Have:

• Experience with IFS Apps 7.
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Crystal Reports.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain business processes.
• Understanding of costing methods including standard and actual costing.

Qualification And Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
