Summary

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced CRM Lead to oversee the development, implementation, and management of our customer relationship management strategies.

5 Years of CRM Leadership or consulting role with Oracel Service cloud (Fusion)

Solid understanding of Customer service operations and CRM/ Contact center best practices

Strong communication , stake holder management and onsite leadership skills,

Ability to create detailed functional and technical documentation.

Experience managing projects in cross functional enterprise environments

Preffered skills : ORACLE CERTIFICATIONS - ORACLE B2B Service certified.

Familiarity with scripting, Javascript , PHP in oracle service cloud.

Experience with Genesys Cloud will be an added advantage.

Experience with middleware and integration tools like Mulesoft , oracle integration cloud.

Understanding of customer experience analytics and reporting.

E.g Oracle Bi and Genesys Reporting
