Role: Power BI Developer
Location: Monrovia, CA – Hybrid (3 Days Oniste)
Duration: Long term contract

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
Connect and transform data from multiple sources using Power Query and DAX
Knowledge to build and deploy Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) to streamline business processes
Integrate Power BI reports within Power Apps and SharePoint environments
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions
Optimize data models for performance and scalability
Maintain data accuracy, consistency, and security across reports and apps
Support Power Automate workflows integrated with Power Apps
Provide documentation, training, and end-user support
Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform updates and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Power BI development
Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M language), and data modeling
Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven apps)
Experience connecting to data sources like SQL Server, Azure, SharePoint, Excel, and APIs
Knowledge of Power Automate for workflow automation
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have
Experience with Azure Data Services (Azure SQL, Data Factory, Synapse)
Familiarity with Dataverse / Microsoft Dataverse
Experience with DevOps / version control (Git) for Power Platform solutions
