Job Description

We are seeking an experienced D365 CRM Tester with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and/or Finance & Operations (FO). The ideal candidate will have expertise in manual and automation testing, API and integration testing, and experience working in an Agile/SAFe environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans for functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing.

• Create, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases.

• Implement automation scripts using Selenium, AccelQ, or other automation frameworks.

• Perform API and integration testing across Dynamics 365 applications.

• Identify, document, track, and troubleshoot defects.

• Validate Dynamics 365 security roles, workflows, business rules, and business processes.

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support continuous quality improvement.

• Utilize Azure DevOps and AI-driven testing tools to improve test coverage and efficiency.

• Perform root cause analysis and identify gaps in testing and application functionality.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of software testing experience, including manual and automation testing.

• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Finance.

• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE, especially Sales.

• Must specify the Dynamics 365 modules worked on in the resume.

• Hands-on automation implementation experience is mandatory.

• Experience with Selenium, AccelQ, or other automation frameworks.

• Programming, debugging, and automation script development experience.

• API and integration testing experience.

• Strong understanding of test design, defect management, SDLC, and STLC.

• Experience with test case creation, execution, and reporting.

• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 security, workflows, and business rules.

• Experience working in Agile teams; SAFe experience preferred.

• Familiarity with test management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or ALM Octane.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Azure DevOps CI/CD pipeline integration experience.

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and CE integration.

• Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools and methodologies.

• SAFe certification or experience working in a SAFe environment.

• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance business processes.
