The Functional Analyst will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical documentation, ensuring smooth and efficient data migration processes. This individual will be responsible for creating functional design documents that our data engineers will execute to achieve seamless data transitions,
This Functional Analyst will specifically provide support for the program as well as key stakeholders across the organization, including being responsible for using your knowledge of data processing software and business development strategies to provide sound business decisions to business leaders. This position will work closely with the platform team(s) to engage stakeholders across operating companies, corporate functions, and vendor partners to successfully deliver project objectives and outcomes within the selected systems.
Skill Set Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience working with master data management, data migration, and data transformation activities within medium to large scale initiatives.
- Strong background in documenting business requirements and creating functional design documents.
- Familiarity with data migration concepts and methodologies.
- Proficiency in using data mapping tools and documentation software.
- Basic understanding of data engineering principles and database technologies.
- Proven experience in Data Acquisition / Source to Target mapping and Data Cleansing / Quality, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to profile data to identify upstream and downstream impacts.
- Experience working in a hybrid delivery model that spans time zones.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. Strong communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Data Workstream PM

Position Summary:
This Project Manager is responsible for providing direct support to the Data workstream and indirect support to other workstreams and program teams. This role supports the Workstream Leader and other workstream team members and partners with the Program Manager to achieve their respective workstreams' financial, planning, execution, and reporting activities.
The Data workstream encompasses governance, master data management, data migration, data transformation, and data cleansing as well as any systems, processes, and operating model requirements to support implementations. The PM ensures that all workstream activities align with larger program data activities, milestones, and goals while supporting workstream activities accordingly.
Skill Set Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in project management or a related field.
- 7+ years progressive experience in supporting the deployment of medium to large scale initiatives.
- 5+ years experience working with master data management, data migration, and data transformation activities within medium to large scale initiatives.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams to deliver system solutions.
- Advanced change leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage communication, negotiate successful outcomes, identify risks, and engage stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A solid understanding of information technology and its relationship with business processes, people, and systems.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate ideas and project progress across all levels of the organization, including operational employees, senior management, technical personnel, and consultants (written & verbal).
- Strong facilitation skills to drive issue resolution and consensus efficiently and effectively across all levels of the organization, as well as multiple business units / functional area stakeholders.
- Well-versed in project management information systems and methodology.
- Ability to participate in project activities occurring in multiple time zones.
