What You Bring Required: - Post-secondary degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in operational risk, operational resilience, or a closely related discipline within financial services
- Demonstrated knowledge of operational resilience concepts - distinct from, but complementary to, business continuity and disaster recovery
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to build executive-level materials and dashboards
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all seniority levels
- Proven ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and drive deliverables with limited direction
Preferred: - Hands-on experience with Fusion (training provided, but prior exposure is a strong asset)

- Experience conducting scenario exercises and impact tolerance testing
- Familiarity with resilience and BC tools such as Archer or Sustained Planner
- Certifications in any of: CRM, BCI, CCSA, CISA, CA, CCSP, ISC, or ITIL
Why This Role - High-visibility mandate at a top-tier Canadian financial institution
- Collaborative, expert team with a strong program foundation already in place
- Meaningful work with direct impact on enterprise resilience
