Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong Clinical and EHR experience to work closely with healthcare stakeholders, clinicians, and IT teams. The ideal candidate will translate clinical workflows into clear business and functional requirements and support EHR-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with clinicians, providers, and healthcare stakeholders to gather business requirements
Analyze clinical workflows, patient data, and EHR systems
Create BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows, and process maps
Support EHR implementations, upgrades, and integrations
Act as liaison between business users and technical teams
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HL7, etc.)
Assist in UAT, data validation, and issue resolution

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Healthcare
Strong knowledge of Clinical workflows & EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts, Meditech, etc.)
Experience with HL7, FHIR, ICD-10, CPT
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Experience in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall environments

Preferred Qualifications:

Clinical background or experience working with providers/nurses
EHR certification (Epic preferred)
Healthcare data analytics experience
