If you have a passion for cybersecurity and a talent for communication, we need you! American National is seeking a Human Risk Management Analyst for a growing department! Your role would be dedicated to the development, maintenance, operationalization, and enhancement of a cybersecurity awareness and business outreach program that seeks to cultivate a culture which embraces cybersecurity principles and consistently incorporates them into daily functions at all levels of the organization. You would drive this program with a focus on translating complex technical subject matter into real world, easy to understand verbal and written content tailored to the intended audience, with a goal towards transforming the way people feel about, think about, and execute upon cybersecurity concepts.

What Will You Do?

Work with various stakeholders throughout the company to understand their unique cybersecurity challenges and create tailored training that meets business, regulatory, and Information Security Organization requirements.
Actively apply project management experience, principles, and best practices to enhance program processes and the execution of program workflows.
Adhere to and assist with the development of program roadmap and milestones. Ensure deliverables are released on time with simple, clear, and quality content, thereby creating a consistent flow of current, relevant, and timely output.
Be able to research and produce a broad range of business outreach program materials such as newsletters, current event articles, reports, presentations, intranet page content, Learning Management System course content, and program announcements that are of high quality, clearly written and free of errors.
Update program materials regularly by incorporating feedback from all available channels; develop a methodology for tracking feedback for both future use and as a reference point to measure program maturity.
Leverage virtual rewards programs, gamification technology, or social media to increase awareness and integration of awareness principles.
Develop and maintain metrics that measure the program's effectiveness, and run routine reports to prove impact over time.
Administer the program's group inbox, responding to and following up on messages received within established timeframes.
Document program workflows and best practices, and make recommendations to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and compatibility to enhance program maturity.
Assist with maintaining program records needed for compliance with audit and records retention requirements.

Required Skills:

This unique role fits a variety of backgrounds and interests! The following skills are helpful, but will also be gained over time in the role:
Experience working with creative suite software and MS Office tools.
Mental agility, attention to detail, creativity, and innovative thinking.
Project or task management skills.
Planning and facilitation skills, both in person and remote meetings.
General knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and/or insurance concepts.
