Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and dynamic Business Analyst - III to join the Global Incentive Compensation - Scale and Transformation team. This role will support the team's strategy, growth, and innovation by providing operational excellence and support to the Global Sales Compensation ecosystem. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Compensation, Compensation Design, and Sales Operation teams to optimize incentive compensation processes. This position requires strong technical competencies, functional business expertise, and the ability to communicate technical solutions effectively.
Responsibilities: - Create and support documentation, including process flows, user guides, enablement materials, and requirements for key projects.
- Write technical requirements and document change management/enablement content for key projects.
- Develop and maintain operational playbooks.
- Create test coverage and test scripts for UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Participate in UAT test execution and triage system issues, engaging the appropriate teams for resolution.
- Design scalable and flexible solutions that minimize disruption to supporting systems and are cost-effective.
- Anticipate stakeholder needs and ensure proposed changes align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to address business pain points, align on strategy, and recommend solutions.
- Partner with key stakeholders to launch new tools/processes, define success metrics, and publish project outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements through automation or system integration.
Qualifications: - 4-5+ years of operational experience related to SaaS models (sales compensation experience is a plus).
- Proven success in driving projects to completion.
- Strong technical and analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets, Microsoft Access, Excel, Python, SQL/SOQL Server, or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Experience in business analysis or equivalent technical roles is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Understanding of database infrastructure and concepts.
- Experience in UAT test script creation and execution.

Pay Range: $40 - $45
