Pay Range: $37/hr. to $39.53/hr (W2)

Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in cybersecurity, compliance, and audit and a proven ability to plan and deliver complex remediations on scope, time, budget, and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Lead internal projects from initiation through closure, meeting scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.


• Plan, control, and manage corporate and third-party vendor efforts to build and implement solutions.


• Collaborate with business units to develop, manage, and track remediation plans for non-compliance findings.


• Produce status reports, manage risks and issues, and drive escalations when warranted.


• Define methods, techniques, and criteria to achieve program objectives and outcomes.


• Lead large cross-division teams and contribute to strategy that supports long-term goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity or a related field. Master's degree preferred.


• 10+ years in project or program management within complex environments.


• PMP certification.


• Demonstrated cybersecurity, compliance, or audit background with remediation delivery.


• Data analysis and reporting proficiency to track remediation and control effectiveness.


• Strong risk management and assessment skills with escalation judgment.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Security domain knowledge across policies, controls, and frameworks.


• Experience leading cross-functional, cross-division initiatives.
