Your role The Assembler I is responsible for putting together various parts based on mechanical and/or electrical prints and other visuals using both hand and power tools. In this position, you will work closely with other assemblers to connect components and construct our mechanical and/or electrical products.
This role will be part of the Manufacturing team and reporting to a Team Leader. Demonstrate best practice approach in the areas of safety, quality, timeliness of delivery, and efficiency.
To succeed, you will need Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Applies knowledge to identify parts that do not meet industry standards through testing and visual inspection throughout the build process
- Modifies various parts using both hand and power tools to meet the needs of each specific build
- Maintains appropriate communication with supervisor to ensure efficient and timely production
- Completes and submits time costing sheet documentation each day with the relevant service, project, and billing information
- Maintains a professional manner to enhance the company's image with customers
- Follows any safety regulations necessary and wears appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
- Cleans working area prior to leaving each job
- Attends and participates in departmental or company meetings
- Complete routine tasks according to departmental policies and procedures
- Work with direct supervision
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Salary Range: $19 - $24 per hour

Job location This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Saugerties, NY. You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.
