Job Title: AWS Support Analyst

Location: California (Remote)

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of overall IT experience
Must hold a current AWS Certified CloudOps Engineer Associate certification
Candidates with an AWS Associate-level certification (such as AWS Certified Support Engineer Associate or equivalent) are also encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities

Monitor, troubleshoot, configure, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure
Support and manage AWS Connect telephony integrations
Work with API integrations and bridges connecting AWS Connect to CRM and ITSM platforms such as:
- Salesforce
- ServiceNow
Ensure seamless connectivity and operational stability of cloud-based communication solutions

Preferred Skills

Hands-on experience with AWS Connect administration and troubleshooting
Experience integrating AWS services with Salesforce and ServiceNow
Strong understanding of cloud operations, incident resolution, and API-based integrations
