SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant with FICO, SD, MM, PP, or EWM

Location: Remote

We are seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA Functional Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our enterprise environment. You will be the primary architect of business solutions within the SAP ecosystem, ensuring our processes are streamlined, compliant, and future-proof. Whether it s a Greenfield implementation or a Brownfield migration, your expertise will be the catalyst for our digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Business Blueprinting: Lead workshops to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
System Configuration: Perform end-to-end configuration in S/4HANA (e.g., Enterprise Structure, Document Types, Workflow).
Process Optimization: Identify "out-of-the-box" S/4HANA Best Practices to replace legacy customizations.
Testing & QA: Lead Unit Testing (UT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Regression Testing to ensure system integrity.
Data Migration: Work with technical teams to map legacy data into the S/4HANA environment using tools like LTMC (Legacy Transfer Migration Cockpit).
Stakeholder Management: Act as the liaison between business users and the technical ABAP/Fiori development teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 10+ years of SAP experience.
At least 1-2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations or migrations.

Functional Expertise:

Deep knowledge in one or more core modules: FICO, SD, MM, PP, or EWM.
Familiarity with the SAP Activate methodology.
Ability to write clear Functional Specifications (FS) for RICEFW objects.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the "consultative" ability to push back on bad processes when necessary.
