About the RoleWe are seeking a Software Engineer to support a contingent resource assignment focused on delivering high-quality solutions across moderately complex engineering initiatives. In this role, you will contribute to the design, analysis, and execution of software deliverables while collaborating closely with internal teams and client stakeholders.
You will leverage your technical expertise to evaluate challenges, propose solutions, and drive progress across projects that require strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of engineering best practices.
Responsibilities- Participate in and provide consultation for moderately complex software engineering initiatives.
- Contribute to planning and execution of deliverables across large-scale engineering efforts.
- Review, analyze, and solve technical challenges that involve multiple variables and require thoughtful evaluation.
- Collaborate with engineering and client teams to meet project objectives while adhering to defined policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Apply strong technical judgment to resolve issues, improve processes, and support high-quality outcomes.
Required Qualifications- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, or equivalent experience gained through a combination of:
- Professional work
- Consulting engagements
- Military experience
- Technical training or education
