We are seeking as Business Intelligence Analyst to work on a team at our client site in Irvine, CA. This role is W2 hourly with Roth Staffing, with all work taking place for our client. No 3rd party candidates can be considered.
Pay Rate Range: up to $53.33
This role supports Sales Operations and Business Intelligence, with a strong focus on data integration, dashboards, and business justification for analytics tools. The position will partner closely with sales leadership and cross functional teams to deliver high-impact reporting and insights. Write queries from data warehouse and take requirements from business stakeholders.
Contract Duration: ~6 months
Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid)
Office Requirement: 2-3 hours per week onsite
Interview Process: Likely 2 interviews
Key Responsibilities
Data & Systems Integration
- Integrations across NetSuite and Tableau (must have SQL). They also have Azure Synops
- Work with commissionable revenue and sales data
- Support and enhance the data warehouse
- Partner with a Salesforce Admin and Data Engineers on overall data architecture
Business Intelligence & Analytics
- Create and maintain Finance and Sales dashboards
- Design and build new dashboards in Power BI (must be highly proficient)
- Support Tableau reporting as well
- Create documentation and assist with data governance
- Develop and manage new tables as needed
Stakeholder Partnership
Collaborate closely with: Sales Leadership, Operations, Finance & Marketing
Key Skills:
- Serve as a business liaison between stakeholders and data engineers
- Provide business justifications for new analytics tools
- Experience in Sales Operations and/or Business Intelligence Analysis
- Strong understanding of sales hierarchy and commission structures (can be trained)
- Experience with healthcare industry data is a plus
- Advanced Power BI expertise
- Tableau experience
