Job Summary:- We are seeking an early-career Data Coordinator to support analytics and data operations within a large enterprise environment. This role assists in the intake, organization, quality checks, and migration of incoming data to the appropriate business teams. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, solid Excel skills, and the ability to follow established enterprise data workflows and standards.
- This position helps enable advanced analytics by partnering with Data Management, Cloud, Enterprise Architecture, and InfoSec teams to ensure data is handled securely, consistently, and within established enterprise patterns.
- Collect, organize, and catalog incoming datasets from various sources.
- Maintain accurate records, inventories, and documentation for data assets.
- Ensure datasets follow internal metadata, naming, and governance standards.
- Perform basic validation checks (formatting, schema alignment, completeness).
- Apply light data cleansing or transformation using Excel or Power Query.
- Prepare data for downstream analytics teams or automated workflows.
- Support secure data migrations to designated storage or business teams.
- Follow established runbooks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate tickets and requests with Data Management, Cloud Platform, and InfoSecurity teams.
Required Skills/Qualifications- 0-3 years of experience in data coordination, data analysis, or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables.
- Working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow established IT, data, and security processes and meet deadlines.
