Our client is seeking a Content Designer in for a remote opportunity
Role Description
As a Content Designer, you'll embed within cross functional teams to shape and deliver content that improves user experience across digital products and journeys.
You'll balance strategic thinking with hands on execution, working closely with UX and product partners to ensure content is clear, consistent and user centered.
Defining and delivering content strategy aligned to user needs and business priorities
Contributing to information architecture, navigation and content models
Partnering with UX Designers to create clear narratives, instructional content and microcopy
Ensuring brand voice and tone are applied consistently
Creating messaging strategies and persona based content
Producing high quality UI copy for wireframes, prototypes and live experiences
Using data and feedback to measure effectiveness and iterate content
Skills & Requirements
Proven experience in Content Design, UX Writing or Content Strategy
Strong understanding of user centered design principles
Experience working in cross functional, agile product teams
Ability to influence strategy and deliver hands on content
Confidence working on complex digital products or services
Fully remote contract
6 month contract (one role closer to ~4 months)
Exposure to large scale, enterprise digital products
Strong portfolio building experience with a globally respected organization
