Role Overview
As a Supply Chain Capacity Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting weekly labor planning for various sites and the overall network. This role involves developing hiring and variable labor plans, performing labor planning bridging, and generating weekly reports on site execution and plan accuracy. You will also bridge network performance to leadership, using data and metrics to drive continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct weekly labor planning for sites and the network.
- Develop comprehensive hiring plans and variable labor plans.
- Perform labor planning bridging to align resources with demand.
- Generate weekly reports on site execution, execution to plan, and labor plan accuracy.
- Bridge network performance updates to leadership.
- Own program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicate results to senior leadership.
- Utilize data and metrics to identify and implement improvements.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of supply chain experience and 5+ years of program or project management experience.
Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, and data links. Intermediate knowledge of SQL, including compiling queries, subqueries, and data modification. Experience with prompt engineering and interacting with AI systems is also required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Transportation, Supply Chain, or Operations discipline.
- Strong mathematical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced analytical abilities with proficiency in creating and managing models using SQL and Microsoft Excel.
- Previous background as an analyst or a related focus in higher education.
- Conceptual understanding of systems and configuration management.
Compensation & Benefits
The compensation for this position is a pay rate between $55.00 and $65.00 per hour.
