Job Title: Business Systems Analyst - Mid-level
Location: Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive professional to help analyze and design information systems that improve overall operations and efficiency. Our team values innovative thinking and strong communication, aiming to drive improvements in business processes and reporting structures.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements for new systems and enhancements.
• Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify and recommend improvements.
• Design system specifications, prototypes, and data models to support organizational needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project requirements are fully addressed and communicated.

Required:

• Experience as a SQL and Power BI developer, including constructing queries and reports.
• General database understanding and ability to problem solve and perform critical thinking.
• Initial requirement to work in-office Monday through Friday; flexibility to work hybrid or remote on Mondays and Fridays after onboarding.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills for leading meetings, developing test plans, and delivering user documentation.
