Job Description:
As the Enterprise Architect, you will serve as a visionary leader responsible for creating, communicating, and governing the enterprise architecture strategy. You will work closely with senior business and technology leaders to ensure architectural alignment with organizational goals, facilitate technology roadmaps, and oversee solution design across multiple domains including applications, data, infrastructure, and security.

Your expertise will help translate complex business requirements into cohesive technical architectures that balance innovation with operational excellence, ensuring agility, scalability, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Architecture and Design:

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring alignment with business strategy and objectives.
• Define and maintain the SAP enterprise architecture strategy aligned with business objectives
• Develop long-term SAP roadmaps covering S/4HANA, Business Suite of applications, BTP, Cloud, and integration platforms.
• Evaluate & facilitate the adoption of evolving technologies (AI, IoT, RPA, DevSecOps, Cloud Computing) for SAP applicability.
• Architect cloud transformation initiatives (on-premise to cloud, hybrid models)
• Define and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and guidelines to ensure consistency, interoperability, and reusability across projects. Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to evaluate and recommend technology solutions.
• Lead the design of end-to-end solutions that are scalable, secure, and integrated across the enterprise.
• Provide governance and oversight of technology projects to ensure architectural compliance.
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities in current-state architecture and propose actionable improvements.
• Facilitate the adoption of emerging technologies and best practices (e.g., cloud computing, microservices, DevOps).
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Define and Govern documentation of architecture decisions, designs, and processes.
• Mentor technical teams and ensure continuous improvement of architectural standards.

• Proficient in enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman (certification preferred)
• Good experience of designing with cloud platforms especially AWS (AWS Solution Architecture certification will be an added advantage)
• Experience with integration patterns, APIs, SOA, and microservices.
• Ability to relate and implement Activate & Agile deployment for developments leveraging SAP BTP CI/CD.
• Familiarity with data architecture, security architecture, and application lifecycle management.
• Tools: ArchiMate, Visio, or similar architecture modeling tools.

• Certification in SAP S/4HANA or SAP Enterprise Architecture.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform) for Rise & Grow with SAP.
• Knowledge of industry-specific SAP solutions (e.g., SAP IS-Oil&Gas, SAP IS-Utilities) etc.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in global environments.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 18+ years of IT experience, with at least 8 years in SAP architecture roles.
• Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Fiori/UI5, and SAP integration technologies.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF preferred).
• Experience in large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
