Pay Range: $50 - $58/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Business Analyst (Domain Experts)
- Familiarity with AI and generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar technologies.
- Understanding of business analysis practices, Agile delivery methodologies, and technology project lifecycles.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to develop training materials, guidance documents, and process recommendations.
- Experience collaborating with business and technology teams to improve processes and ways of working.
- Prior experience with Institutional Retirement products
