Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design, architecture, and governance of enterprise ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, integrations, CMDB, CSDM, and ITSM best practices.

Responsibilities:

Design scalable ServiceNow platform architecture and solutions.
Lead platform governance, upgrades, and implementation strategies.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements.
Architect integrations with third-party enterprise systems.
Ensure CMDB and CSDM alignment with organizational standards.
Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.

Required Skills:

10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture.
Strong experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and CSDM.
Expertise in integrations, workflows, scripting, and platform customization.
Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and governance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
