Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to design modern, intuitive, and user-centered interfaces for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users, project managers, and development teams in an Agile environment, driving product improvements and delivering high-quality user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and engineering teams to gather UI requirements
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and interactive UI solutions
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation
- Create and maintain a Design System library for consistency and reuse
- Work across the full product lifecycle: discovery → design → delivery
- Ensure UI/UX follows best practices and security standards
- Collaborate with developers for smooth UI handoff and backend integration
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (scrum, backlog grooming, etc.)
- Lead discussions, design workshops, and contribute to product strategy
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Strong experience in Agile methodology
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Fluent UI
- Experience with Figma or similar design tools
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design & site architecture
- Experience designing applications from start to finish
- Hands-on experience with ASP.NET / C# / MVC
- Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- UI/UX Certification
- Experience with ASP.NET Core MVC applications
- Experience creating user journey maps & workflow diagrams
- Knowledge of secure UI design practices
