Position: UI/UX Consultant -Columbus, OH 43215There will be 15 minute Teams interviews for intro purposes, but the full interviews will be onsite.

Role Overview The Consultant will be directly responsible for designing modern, intuitive user interfaces and experiences. They will collaborate closely with business users, IT supervisors, project managers, and development staff in an agile environment, ensuring a user-centered design approach to solve complex problems and influence product strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective UI/UX designs.
- Work within agile teams to maintain a user-centered design approach.
- Proactively identify areas of improvement and contribute to the product roadmap.
- Research, design, and develop user interfaces using prototyping and design tools.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards and implement applications using N-tier architecture.
5 years REQUIRED
Advanced understanding of site architecture, and designing intuitive user interfaces and navigations.
Experience with Designer tools Figma. An ability to quickly learn new tools as they emerge.
Experience designing and delivering products from start to finish as part of a cross-functional team
Experience with ASP.NET C-Sharp (C#) language
8 years REQUIRED
Verifiable experience in taking user interface requirements and using them to design graphical interfaces in applications.
Experience developing a project within the AGILE methodology
Experience with Front end UI - Html with Bootstrap and Fluent UI framework, CSS, and JavaScript.
Required
A demonstrable understanding of implementing secure UI design and coding practices for an ASP.NET MVC application.
Highly desired
UI/UX Certification will be highly advantageous.

Verifiable experience with applications designed and developed in ASP.NET Core MVC applications

Expert level experience of building out conversational workflow diagrams. (Similar to flow diagrams). Articulate/document detailed User Journey Maps
