Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Web Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ASP.NET Core MVC, microservices, and modern software engineering practices, with strong expertise across the full software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ASP.NET Core MVC applications.
• Implement Test Driven Development (TDD) and define testing strategies for applications.
• Build and optimize RESTful APIs and web services.
• Develop microservices-based solutions using .NET Core / .NET 5/6/8.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Ensure applications are mobile-compliant and optimized for performance.
• Integrate SQL Server databases and design efficient schemas.
• Implement reporting solutions using SSRS in MVC applications.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and version control strategies with TFS/Azure DevOps.
• Apply Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles with WCF.
• Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and best practices.

2 years REQUIRED

Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD) or a verifiable experience implementing a testing strategy for applications developed.

Experience with microservices

experience with .NET Core / .NET 5/6/8

5 years REQUIRED

Experience developing a project within the AGILE methodology

experience developing RESTful APIs and web services

experience with AJAX in ASP.NET applications

experience with SSRS reporting in MVC apps

experience with TFS/Azure DevOps (git, boards, CI/CD

experience or understanding of mobile-compliant applications

experience with Visual Studio 2019

10 years REQUIRED

verifiable experience as a .NET Web Developer developing ASP.NET Core MVC applications

verifiable ASP.NET experience developing with C#

experience with SQL Server database design and development

experience developing applications using Entity Framework (EF)

Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) experience with WCF

experience or understanding of N-tier environments

Experience with code repository strategies and recovery using TFS/Azure DevOps
