Lead .NET Developer (Onsite - Dublin, OH)Location: Dublin, OH

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced
Lead .NET Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade software solutions. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, Agile execution, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of software products.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the execution and delivery of software products through development, QA, and production release cycles
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best practices in design, coding, and testing
- Manage day-to-day development activities while reinforcing Agile and Scrum practices across the team
- Act as a Scrum Master as needed, removing blockers and resolving team needs
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Systems Analysts, QA, Business stakeholders, and Technology Operations to deliver solutions on time and within budget
- Work with team members to decompose user stories, design features, prioritize work, and estimate tasks
- Participate in daily code reviews to ensure high code quality, consistency, and adherence to architectural standards
- Perform hands-on development and prototyping to validate technical solutions and support business requirements
- Drive improvements to CI/CD pipelines and release management processes
- Assemble software releases and ensure smooth deployments to production
- Identify technical risks early and develop mitigation plans
- Ensure coordination and synchronization of individual team deliverables to meet project goals
- Create and maintain technical artifacts, including software architecture documentation, technical use cases, and code review packages
Quality & Security- Utilize automated testing frameworks and test-driven development (TDD) to ensure software quality
- Implement secure authentication and authorization solutions, including OAuth and JWT
- Champion coding standards, performance optimization, and secure development practices
Required Qualifications- Proven experience as a Lead or Senior .NET Developer in an Agile environment
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET, C#, and modern .NET frameworks
- Experience developing and deploying applications in cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure and/or AWS
- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed system design
- Experience with automated testing tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with cloud-native architecture and scalable enterprise applications
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and DevOps practices
- Prior experience mentoring or leading development teams
