ERP Systems Administrator

Location: Naperville, IL
Work Arrangement: Hybrid or Remote Available
Travel: Occasional travel as needed
Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Administrator to support and optimize enterprise business systems that drive operations across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, sales, and customer service functions. This role will be responsible for ensuring system effectiveness, improving business processes, maintaining data integrity, and supporting cross-functional initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines business process knowledge with technical systems expertise and enjoys collaborating with stakeholders to improve efficiency, reporting, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer, configure, and maintain enterprise business systems.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to improve and streamline business processes.
  • Support system integrations, enhancements, and upgrades.
  • Maintain data accuracy and governance across key business platforms.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolution activities.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Document processes, workflows, and system changes.
  • Provide user training and promote system adoption and best practices.
  • Serve as a liaison between business teams and technology resources.
  • Lead or participate in business system implementation and improvement projects.
  • Support organizational growth initiatives, including system alignment and data migration efforts.
  • Manage project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting ERP, CRM, or other enterprise business applications.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and process improvement.
  • Experience with reporting, data management, and systems administration.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
  • Experience supporting enterprise software platforms in a manufacturing, distribution, or operational environment.
  • Knowledge of data integration, business intelligence, and reporting tools.
  • Project management experience or certification.
  • Consulting or business transformation experience.
