We are currently seeking a Scrum Master and Preproduction Support Engineer (FTE / Hybrid) to join our team in San Francisco Bay Area, California (US-CA), United States (US).

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking for someone to work in a hybrid role across Release Management as a Scrum Master and in Preproduction environment support as an engineer.

Release Management role
  1. Manage Digital releases through SDLC phases - testing, compliance, and implementation coordination
  2. Release artifacts managed in Enterprise tools of Jira and ServiceNow
  3. Experienced in managing work as scrum master and project manager


Preproduction Support engineer
  1. Support of lower environment Problem Incident support for feature development and release environments. Would be responsible for coordinating development, DBA, and enterprise partners
  2. Responsible for supporting a variety of testing tasks such as switch enablement, testing down, and debug enabling
  3. Incident support through Enterprise Jira Service Desk
  4. Experienced as a system support/operations engineer


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience with Agile practices, and frameworks (e.g., Kanban, Scrum, etc.) and workflow, and collaboration tools, such as Confluence, and Jira
  • 5+ years of Experience with human centered design principles
  • 5+ years of Strong risk management leadership skills
  • 5+ years of Strong dependency management skills
  • 5+ years of Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, at all levels of the organization, including senior executive-level leadership
  • 5+ years of Ability to influence and lead organizational change in a dynamic environment
  • 5+ years of Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
  • 5+ years of Experience working with and leading delivery teams
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and facilitating discussion to explore the best possible solutions and possess the ability to lead

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $83,520.00 - $125,280.00. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
