Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst 3 to support enterprise application initiatives by analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and partnering with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality technology solutions. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with experience supporting enterprise projects throughout the SDLC.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes, systems, and user requirements to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Gather, document, validate, and manage business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Develop business process maps, workflows, use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Perform gap analysis, business process reengineering, and solution evaluations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, QA teams, and leadership.
  • Support project planning, prioritization, scheduling, and progress tracking.
  • Participate in system implementation, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployment activities.
  • Prepare business cases, reports, dashboards, risk assessments, and management recommendations.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirements gathering sessions.
  • Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and organizational standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting enterprise applications.
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and SDLC.
  • Experience with business process mapping, workflow documentation, and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience preparing functional requirements and technical documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
