Test Automation, Test Data Management, Cloud Migrations, Business Workflows Testing, Integrations/E2E testing
* 4 6 years of automation and testing experience with 2 - 4+ years in healthcare payer system and 3 5+ years automating Facets applications.
* Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and WebDriver for Facets UI based business workflows.
* Build and enhance robust test automation frameworks (data-driven, keyword-driven, or hybrid) aligned with Facets architecture and testing needs.
* Develop and execute automated regression test suites covering key Facets modules such as Claims, Membership, Provider, and Billing.
* Automate validation of Facets batch jobs, file processing, and interface workflows where feasible to improve coverage and efficiency.
* Integrate automated test execution with CI/CD pipelines and test management tools to support continuous testing.
* Manage test data strategies for automation, including data creation, masking, refresh processes, and environment readiness.
* Log, track, and manage defects using ALM / Jira, ensuring full traceability, prioritization, retesting, and closure.
* Analyze automation failures, troubleshoot script issues, triage defects, and collaborate closely with developers and manual testers for resolution.
* Support release cycles by reducing manual regression effort, improving test coverage, and providing clear automation execution results.
* Produce and share automation metrics, including coverage, execution results, and defect trends, to QA leads and stakeholders.
* Collaborate with QA, development, and business teams to ensure automation aligns with business workflows and Facets configuration changes.
* Ensure automation solutions support healthcare business rules, data accuracy, and compliance requirements.
* Demonstrate strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to improving automation effectiveness.
