Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior AI Application Administrator to provide operational oversight and governance for externally hosted AI products used across the organization. This role ensures that high?risk AI tools are configured, monitored, and managed with precision so the business can innovate safely and confidently.
You will establish standardized administration practices, coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders, and serve as the first structured operating layer for enterprise AI tools. Your work will directly influence how the organization scales its AI capabilities while maintaining strong control and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer and govern externally hosted AI tools that interact with enterprise data
• Standardize access controls, configuration patterns, and operational processes
• Monitor usage, access, and configuration anomalies across AI platforms
• Coordinate vendor communications, feature enablement, and change windows
• Maintain risk?focused documentation, SOPs, and control evidence
• Triage escalations requiring technical judgment and cross?team coordination
• Develop repeatable administration playbooks for onboarding new AI tools
• Partner with technology leadership, security teams, and business stakeholders to ensure safe adoption
Key Requirements
• 5 or more years of experience administering SaaS or cloud?based enterprise applications
• Strong understanding of AI?enabled tools, data governance, and access control frameworks
• Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating technical changes
• Familiarity with risk management practices, compliance controls, and audit readiness
• Ability to create and maintain clear operational documentation and SOPs
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify anomalies and assess risk impact
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non?technical teams
• Adaptability, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to problem solving
