Ideal candidates are those who enjoy hands-on architecture work, mentoring engineers, and building scalable solutions that directly support critical infrastructure.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience with C# / .NET development
  • Frontend experience with Angular (React is acceptable)
  • Hands-on experience with Azure (including Azure Functions)
  • Proven background in designing distributed systems and microservices
  • Experience in software architecture and system design
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and business teams
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with government systems, DMV platforms, or transportation systems
  • Familiarity with AAMVA or NMVTIS systems
  • Prior experience modernizing legacy applications
  • Leadership or mentorship experience within engineering teams

  • Architect and design scalable, cloud-first applications
  • Define system design best practices and engineering standards
  • Collaborate with development teams to guide implementation
  • Support modernization efforts of large, legacy platforms
