Business Analysis: Ability to perform detailed research, business analysis, as-is and to-be analysis, process modeling. Use of software tools is required and include, but are not limited to, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and SmartDraw. 2. System Analysis & Design: Ability to perform System Analysis & Design using a variety of modeling methodologies and techniques. 3. Facilitation: Ability to expertly facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders. 4. Technical Understanding: Technical knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructure and software development practices and techniques. 5. IAM Expertise: Deep professional experience with Identity & Access Management concepts, including entitlements, target aggregations, and certification campaigns. 6. Compliance Frameworks: Familiarity with public sector compliance frameworks and large-scale ERP transformations (e.g., Florida PALM). 7. System Integration: Ability to map functional requirements across complex environments involving ServiceNow (request catalog) and SailPoint (provisioning engine). Additional: 1. Advanced skills with Microsoft products: SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project. 2. Ability to relate to stakeholders’ needs, document their requirements, and perform duties in the absence of staff. 3.
