Overview
A Workday Project Manager leads end-to-end delivery of Workday HCM, Finance, Payroll, or cross-module implementations. The PM drives scope, schedule, budget, communication, and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Workday implementation or AMS projects from planning through go-live and hypercare.
Manage project scope, budget, timelines, RAID logs, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including HCM, Payroll, Finance, Integrations, and Reporting.
Facilitate design workshops, requirements gathering, UAT sessions, and process reviews.
Maintain project communication, executive reporting, and stakeholder expectation management.
Ensure alignment with Workday roadmap, release cycles, and governance processes.
Requirements
Experience managing enterprise-level Workday implementations across HCM/Finance modules.
Strong understanding of HR processes and Workday HCM functionality.
Proficiency with PM methodologies (Agile, PMI, etc.).
Bachelor s degree; PMP or other PM certification preferred."
