Job Description :

  • Business AnalystExperience5 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process modeling, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and non functional requirements.
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to gather requirements.
  • Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), user stories, use cases, process flows, and data models.Translate business requirements into clear and actionable specifications for technical teams.
  • Manage requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support project planning, estimation, risk assessment, and change management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and governance frameworks.
  • Assist project managers in tracking requirements, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Contribute to project documentation and knowledge management.
  • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Design future state processes and recommend automation opportunities.
  • Perform gap analysis and root cause analysis to address business challenges.
  • Support business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.Required SkillsExperience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.
  • Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRS, user stories, process maps, and workflow diagrams.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
  • Experience with SQL and data analysis tools.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Requirements Management using Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
