Role Summary
The Intersect Group is seeking a Retalix Power Enterprise Techno Functional Lead to support a large scale ERP modernization and upgrade initiative. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor, technical expert, and business partner, helping bridge the gap between business stakeholders, technology teams, implementation partners, and vendors.
This role requires a hands on subject matter expert with deep Retalix Power Enterprise experience who can navigate complex legacy environments, guide solution design, and mentor technical teams. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring business requirements are translated into effective technical solutions while supporting the long term success of the ERP platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead technical and functional efforts supporting Retalix Power Enterprise ERP upgrades and modernization initiatives
• Partner directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct discovery sessions, and define solution strategies
• Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, IT, implementation partners, and third party vendors
• Analyze legacy Retalix environments and develop recommendations for modernization, optimization, and future state architecture
• Configure, troubleshoot, customize, and support Retalix Power Enterprise applications across multiple business functions
• Mentor and guide development teams by providing technical leadership, best practices, and solution recommendations
• Support testing, deployment, data migration, and post implementation activities to ensure successful project delivery
• Develop documentation and knowledge sharing materials to improve supportability and reduce dependency on undocumented processes
Key Requirements
• Extensive hands on experience supporting and enhancing Retalix Power Enterprise ERP environments
• Proven experience serving in a techno functional leadership role with approximately 60 percent technical and 40 percent functional responsibilities
• Strong understanding of ERP processes including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Warehouse Operations, and Billing
• Experience gathering requirements, facilitating discovery sessions, and translating business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and support complex legacy environments with limited documentation
• Experience working within retail, distribution, wholesale, supply chain, or related operational environments
• Strong knowledge of IBM i, AS400, DB2 for i, RPG, and RPGLE preferred
• Experience with Retalix Power Warehouse, warehouse management systems, or related distribution technologies preferred
• Previous experience supporting Retalix implementations, upgrades, migrations, or modernization initiatives preferred
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences
• Proven ability to mentor technical teams, influence decision makers, and drive results across cross functional organizations
• Self motivated professional with strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a consultative approach to problem solving

Engagement Details
