We have an urgent need for an AI Development Lead Generative AI & Machine Learning Solutions for a position based in Charlotte, NC, USA. This onsite opportunity focuses on building advanced AI-driven systems and leading the development of scalable machine learning and Generative AI solutions in a fast-paced technology environment.
In this role, the AI Development Lead will design and develop advanced AI solutions that leverage machine learning, deep learning, and large language models to solve complex business problems. The position involves working closely with engineering, data science, and product teams to architect intelligent systems and develop production-ready AI applications. The candidate will be responsible for building and optimizing machine learning models, developing Generative AI solutions, and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise platforms through scalable APIs. The role also includes designing architectures that incorporate retrieval augmented generation frameworks, vector databases, and modern LLM-based pipelines. The candidate will evaluate model performance, optimize prompts and model outputs, and ensure that AI systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. Strong communication skills will be essential to explain architecture decisions, technical solutions, and project outcomes to both technical and business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing, along with hands-on experience building Generative AI applications using LLMs. Experience with API development, retrieval augmented generation frameworks, vector databases, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation techniques is essential. A strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning fundamentals, including model design, evaluation, and optimization, is required.
