Job Title: Systems Analyst (SuccessFactors & HR Integrations)
Role Overview
We are seeking an analytical, self-driven, and bilingual Systems Analyst to join our global HR technology team. In this role, you will focus on designing, configuring, testing, and supporting complex integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, external time-tracking platforms, regional payroll systems (specifically supporting Mexico statutory and payroll processes), and third-party HR applications.
This is a remote, high-impact role requiring a solid understanding of the SuccessFactors Employee Central data model, data mapping protocols, and interface specifications. You will collaborate closely with internal HR, IT, and payroll teams, as well as external global vendors, to ensure seamless, compliant data exchange across our enterprise tech stack. Key Responsibilities
Integration Design & Configuration
End-to-End Integrations: Design, configure, test, and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, time management systems, regional payroll platforms, and external third-party applications.
Data Flow Management: Develop and manage employee master data, organizational structures, and time-tracking data integrations across global platforms.
Requirements Translation: Translate complex business requirements into comprehensive Functional Design Documents (FDDs), data mappings, transformation logic, and interface specifications.
Testing, Governance & Documentation
Testing & Validation: Conduct and support unit testing, system testing, and end-to-end integration testing to ensure absolute data integrity and accurate payroll/time exchange.
Compliance Alignment: Ensure all integration workflows comply with regional payroll requirements, statutory data rules, and data privacy standards.
Documentation Hygiene: Maintain and update integration architecture docs, data mapping inventories, interface specifications, and process flows.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner proactively with HR, IT, payroll teams, and external vendors to manage integration initiatives and resolve technical bottlenecks.
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve HR system integration processes, automation workflows, and overall data quality.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Experience Baseline: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of professional experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, with a primary focus on Employee Central and HR system integrations.
Technical Mastery:
oProven experience integrating time and attendance hardware/software platforms with enterprise HR systems.
oSolid working knowledge of Mexico payroll processes, statutory payroll data, and regional HR compliance requirements.
oHands-on experience designing third-party integrations between HR platforms, payroll systems, and workforce management tools.
oExposure to SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or similar enterprise middleware platforms.
