Job Title: Scrum Master – Oracle CPQ and PLM

Location: Dallas, Texas(Hybrid)—Need local candidates

Duration:12 months

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong expertise in Oracle CPQ and/or Oracle PLM to drive Agile delivery for enterprise transformation programs. The role involves facilitating Scrum practices, enabling cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless collaboration between business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a Scrum Master for Oracle CPQ and/or Oracle PLM implementation and enhancement projects
Facilitate all Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)Guide teams in adopting and maturing Agile best practices
Partner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog
Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution
Coordinate with stakeholders, architects, and development teams for effective delivery
Track sprint metrics such as velocity, burndown, and team performance
Support release planning, UAT cycles, and production deployments
Provide regular updates through dashboards and stakeholder reports
Ensure compliance with Agile governance, documentation, and quality standards

Required Skills & Experience

8 12 years of IT experience with 3 5+ years as a Scrum Master
Hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ (BigMachines) and/or Oracle Agile PLM
Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and/or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes
Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
Experience in stakeholder management and client-facing roles Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Experience working with distributed/global teams
