About the Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Associate Director Human Resources to partner with senior leadership and drive people strategies that support organizational growth and innovation. This role will work closely with CXO leadership, lead talent acquisition strategy, and serve as a strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to key business units.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for building scalable people practices, attracting top talent, and strengthening organizational capability in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Executive HR Partnership

Partner with CXO leaders and senior executives to align HR initiatives with business strategy.

Provide strategic input on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.

Influence executive decision-making using people analytics and workforce insights.

Talent Acquisition Leadership

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategy including leadership hiring, niche talent sourcing, and workforce scaling.

Implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent in competitive markets.

Optimize hiring processes, employer branding, and candidate experience.

HR Business Partnering

Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people strategy and organizational effectiveness.

Drive initiatives across performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.

Partner with managers to address employee relations and talent development needs.

Organizational Development & Culture

Build and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and culture.

Lead initiatives focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB).

Support change management during organizational transformation and growth.

Required Qualifications

12 18+ years of HR leadership experience in IT Services Industry

Strong expertise in HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development

Proven experience partnering with C-level executives and senior leadership teams

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills

Experience using HR analytics, workforce data, and talent insights for decision-making

MBA or Master s degree in Human Resources / Organizational Development / Business Administration
