Job#: 3031287 Job Description: Vehicle Integration Project Coordinator
Location: Foster City, California (Onsite M-F)
Employment Type: 6 month contract, potential to extend
Role Overview
In this role, you will be an integral link to successfully achieving vehicle attribute goals. You will work with a team of world-class engineers with diverse backgrounds such as robotics, control, and vehicle engineering, to deliver vehicle performance. This position requires onsite work 5 days a week in Foster City, CA, with occasional travel within the Greater Bay Area.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure test vehicle readiness by coordinating charging, data ingest, reworks, repairs, and updates, and managing hardware/software configurations.
- Provide daily reporting through test reports and dashboards, manage issue resolution, and support issue triage and root cause analysis.
- Drive process development and improvement, including test procedure review and development.
- Own the end-to-end management and coordination of an Autonomous Vehicle test campaign.
- Coordinate daily and weekly test resources, including logistics, test operators, support technicians, and test sites.
- Lead and support projects within vehicle development as required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience coordinating and driving a complex activity with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to coordinate engineering groups.
- Effective documentation skills for issue reporting.
- Organizational skills to manage a detailed test plan for a complex test campaign.
- Knowledge of and competency with JIRA, Confluence, and GoogleDocs.
Preferred Qualifications
- An engineering or other technical degree with 4+ years of experience is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in complete vehicle testing is preferred.
