Job Description
We are supporting a client on upcoming higher-education AV installation projects across multiple college campuses in the Boston, MA area. We are seeking AV Installation Technicians to support summer room builds and campus-wide AV upgrades.
This role is hands-on and installation-focused, working under experienced project management and field leadership.
Responsibilities

• Perform AV installations on college and university campuses
• Pull, dress, label, and terminate low-voltage cabling
• Install AV hardware including displays, speakers, and related equipment
• Support classroom and conference room builds
• Assist with light decommissioning (de-install) work as needed
• Follow project standards and direction from field leadership
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional work areas

Required Qualifications

• Experience with AV or low-voltage installations
• Comfortable pulling and terminating structured cabling
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work consistently throughout the project
• Professional attitude and ability to take direction

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Boston, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
